The advertiser assures that the advertising fairly and accurately describes the item(s) advertised. Photos and videos included in advertisements must feature the actual and accurate advertised item. No photos or videos posted can include non-advertised products, people, or animals.

Fees

When you make a paid posting you authorize us to charge your account. Any tax is additional. Fees are non-refundable, even for posts we remove, delay, omit, re-categorize, re-rank, or otherwise moderate. We may refuse any posting. For questions regarding our fees and refund policy, please email editor@buythisclassiccar.com.

Automotive dealers, resellers, wholesales, auction houses and/or any seller classified as a business related to auto sales must use BTCC as a registered Dealer. Advertisements will not be approved for private seller rates or advertisements will be removed if found in violation of this policy.

Please do not use buythisclassiccar.com, or any and all affiliated Sites or accounts, if you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions.
